At Loggerhead Golf Co, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-built golf clubs tailored to each customer's specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom golf clubs for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your club has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if deemed a valid defect, provide a repair or replacement at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer-provided specification errors do not qualify as defects.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Loggerhead Golf Co, we understand that mistakes happen. That's why we allow order cancellations for custom golf clubs within 1 business day of placing your order.

Cancellation Terms:

Orders can be canceled within 1 business day from the time of purchase.
After 1 business day, all sales are final, and cancellations will not be accepted, as production and part ordering begin promptly.
All other requests to cancel will be reviewed by Loggerhead Golf Co. management and if approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus a 25% processing fee.

Order Modification Policy

At Loggerhead Golf Co, we want to ensure your custom golf clubs are built exactly to your preferences. We allow modifications to your custom build within 3 business days of placing your order.

Modification Terms:

Order modifications must be requested within 3 business days from the time of purchase.
After 3 business days, modifications cannot be accommodated, as parts ordering and production begin.
Modification requests are subject to parts availability and may result in changes to the order's price and estimated delivery time.

Warranty Policy

At Loggerhead Golf Co, we stand by the quality of our custom-built golf clubs. However, because each build consists of components sourced from various manufacturers, all warranties are based on the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) warranty policies for each individual component.

Warranty Terms:

We do not offer an independent warranty but will honor the OEM/manufacturer warranty for any component of your custom build.
If a component is deemed warrantied by the manufacturer, we will facilitate a replacement of that specific component in accordance with their policy.
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and may require the component to be inspected by the manufacturer.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or modifications outside our build process are not covered.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Build Time & Expectations

At Loggerhead Golf Co, each custom golf club is built with precision and care to meet your exact specifications. Our standard build time is 2 to 4 weeks from the date all necessary components are received.

Important Notes:

Processing begins once all parts are in stock. If any components are backordered or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated timeline.
Shipping time is not included in the build estimate. Once your club is completed, you will receive tracking information when it ships.
While we strive to meet the 2-4 week timeframe, unforeseen supplier delays or high order volume may impact production time. If this occurs, we will communicate any changes promptly.

Custom Club Build Tolerances Disclaimer

At Loggerhead Golf Co, we take great care in crafting custom golf clubs to your exact specifications. However, due to the nature of club assembly and component manufacturing, minor variances may occur. Our build tolerances are as follows:

Club Length: Within ±1/16"
Loft & Lie Angles: Within ±0.5°
Club CPM (Cycles Per Minute/Frequency): Within ±2 CPM
Swing Weight: Within ±0.5 points

These tolerances are considered industry-standard and do not impact performance. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these tolerances as part of the custom build process.

Equipment & Tools Disclaimer

At Loggerhead Golf Co, we use professional-grade tools and materials to ensure precision and quality in every custom golf club build. Below is a list of the specialized equipment we utilize in our assembly and fitting process:

Swing Weight Adjustments: Achieved using GolfWorks High-Density Tungsten Powder and Billy Bobs Golf Tip Weights for optimal balance and performance.
Loft & Lie Adjustments: Performed using Mitchell Golf Co. Loft & Lie Bending Machines and Rulers to ensure accuracy within industry-standard tolerances.
Swing Weight Measurement: Conducted with a GolfWorks Swing Weight Scale for precise weighting.
Club Assembly: Secured with GolfWorks EZ Pour High-Strength Epoxy, designed for maximum durability and bond strength.
Club Cutting & Finishing: Performed using a Gryphon Miter Saw for clean, precise cuts on shafts.

While we use industry-leading tools and materials, minor variances within standard tolerances may still occur due to the nature of club building and material properties. Shipping Disclaimer

At Loggerhead Golf Co, we take great care in securely packaging and shipping your custom-built golf clubs. However, once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package, including any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.

Important Shipping Information:

Once your order is scanned by the carrier, ownership transfers to you, the customer.
We are not liable for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or damage sustained in transit.
If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and contents as supporting evidence.
Shipping insurance may be available upon request. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us before your order ships.

Club Fitting & Performance Disclaimer

At Loggerhead Golf Co, we strongly recommend that all customers undergo a professional club fitting before ordering custom-built golf clubs. Proper club fitting ensures that your clubs match your unique swing characteristics, maximizing performance, consistency, and overall enjoyment of the game.

Important Notice:

We build each club to the exact specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure these specifications are appropriate for their game.
We are not responsible for the performance, feel, or playability of the clubs once they have been built and delivered.
Any adjustments needed after delivery (such as loft, lie, length, or swing weight changes) are the responsibility of the customer and may require additional services.
